The starting rate covers exclusive use of the estate for the wedding celebration. Full weekend buyouts are available and priced by custom proposal based on your guest count, dates and event plan.

The estate is best suited to intimate celebrations of approximately 50–60 guests. Final capacity depends on the approved event layout, season, and production plan. Select events above 60 guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on event format, layout, vendors, and property requirements.
Yes. The Maple Overlook hosts one celebration at a time, giving you and your guests private use of the designated estate spaces included in your agreement.
Yes. Full weekend buyouts are available and may include time for a welcome gathering, the wedding celebration and a relaxed farewell brunch or gathering. Availability and exact access times are confirmed in your proposal.
On-site accommodations are available for the couple and a limited number of close family or wedding-party members. We can also share nearby lodging options for additional guests. Exact occupancy is confirmed with your wedding proposal.
The starting rate is for the venue. Catering, rentals, floral design, planning, staffing, bar service and other production needs are arranged separately unless your proposal states otherwise. All vendors must meet the estate’s approval and insurance requirements.
The pool is available seasonally and creates a beautiful setting for portraits, cocktail hour and relaxed weekend gatherings. Swimming access, timing and safety requirements are confirmed as part of the event plan.
Rain plans are developed according to the guest count, event layout and time of year. A professionally installed tent or another approved covered arrangement may be required and would be priced separately.
The barn may be used for an approved after-party plan. Music hours, sound requirements, vendor setup and the event end time are confirmed in the agreement.
